We offer free shipping to contiguous United States, Canada, Hong Kong and Taiwan (excluding taxes). If you are from other regions of world, please contact us and we could work out a suitable shipping arrangement.

We use Fedex for orders originating from North America from our New Jersey warehouse. Shipping time will range between 5 days to 10 days. If you are ordering from Asia, we will ship from our Taiwan or China warehouse. Depending on your location, shipping time will range from 3 days to 15 days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Defective Items
We understand that sometimes products may arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
